Privacy Policy
Online forms send the information you enter, including patient and household details where requested, through the third-party service FormSubmit to execdirmuneer@gmail.com. Requests have separate email subjects; this website does not create a spreadsheet or patient database. Only provide information needed for your request. If you prefer not to send sensitive details through this service, call the office instead. The alternative email button opens a draft in your own email app. Printed copies do not submit a request. Contact the Executive Director’s Office about access, corrections or deletion.
Zakat & Donation Policy
Zakat funds will be used strictly according to Shariah — for eligible, deserving patients only. All donations will be applied in line with donor intent, with full transparency and clear reporting.
Safeguarding
We are committed to the safety, dignity and wellbeing of patients, children and vulnerable people in our care. Contact the Executive Director’s Office with any safeguarding concerns.
